Hi All,
There is a requirement to exclude a group member in Snow from receiving group related notifications. The user is part of a group but should not receive any notifications pertaining to the group.
Other group members, however, should continue to receive all email notifications pertaining to the group
Any suggestion, how can this be achieved
Thanks in advance

Hi Saahil,
In this scenario you might use Notification Preferences. Please find the useful links below:

I have a similar need but it can't be solved with Notification Preferences.
I need to send a notification to a group of Technicians that did not accept an Incident assignment.
When a technician accepts an assignment notification, their name gets entered into an Assigned Technician field.
I then want to send out two notifications;
- One to the Assigned Technician confirming his/her assignment
- Another to the remaining members of the Service Center group to let them know they were not assigned
Is there a way to exclude the assigned tech from the second message?
