How to make App Engine Studio Portal Publicly Accessible

Hello,

I have recently build a custom application using App Engine Studio (AES). I built myself a portal and a record producer. What I am trying to do is make my record producer available to the public (no authentication required). The only stuff I can find discuss modifying the portal page, but my custom application does not have a portal page. It just has an experience (AES). I am wondering if anyone knows how to make a custom application through AES publicly accessible.
