Incident Management Metrics

As an Incident Management application user, I want the configured Incident Management metrics to
give me the data and information that I require so that they help me to work more effectively and
efficiently.
I know that this is complete when I access the configured Incident Management metrics and they
give me the data and information that I require. The following Metrics have been configured:
Incident First Call Resolution (Incidents where the Resolve button was clicked without actually opening
the incident)
Durations for each Assignment Group
Durations for each Assigned To
