Has anyone changed to a new company and kept their ServiceNow profile and certifications? I tried to change my email address but I can't, the message states because I have a HI account associated with my current company I cannot change it. Thank you in advance!

Hi @dianeled ,
Create a case in nowlearning saying that you want to tranfer those certifications to your personal account.
And they will do it for you.
