HI Team
Please help me here ,
for a particular catalog item , when line manager approves the request , then email should trigger to the specific users .
I have configured notification like this
while doing testing , whenever line manager approves the request , and stage also changes to fulfillment , no email is triggered .
can any one please me here , what was the error and mistake i made .

Could you please show the "who will receive" tab? Additionally, try to use the 'sysapproval_approver' table.

Looks correct but it will be better if you add event in Workflow/Flow designer and then in notification refer that event in when to trigger condition, this way behavior will be more predictable. Also, you can add notification directly in Worklfow/Flow designer once request is approved rather than creating separate notification. Lastly if everything is correct I suggest checking if user is correctly added in who will receive section and also simply hard code subject and body rather than calling from email script just to check if script is correct.

@nameisnani , Can you tell me who is under " who will receive" and for the user you are expecting to receive email, can you check if notification sending is enabled?

1. Could you please share the "Who will receive" tab?
2. Its that Line approval manager populated in variable on the form? If so, are you using any event on the workflow to be triggered?
3. If event is used, then on the notification, in the "When to send" tab, the send when has to be "Event is fired".
4. Is that user(s) active?
5. Do you see the email logs?
