"Knowledge Approval Publish" workflow by adding another approver for peer review.

Hi,

I'm working on Knowledge management where two approvals are required to contribute an article.

So, I copied this 'Knowledge Approval Publish' workflow,' to create our own with two approvals (Peer review and Manager Approvals).

when we need to send notification to specific Peer Review Group defined under the same Manager of the article originator.

Every group manager will have their own KB Peer review group.

Anyone has done somewhat like this. Appreciate if you can share your experience.

Why don't you just have a 'KB Peer Review' group and keep the OOB 'Approval - User' activity for your manager approval. If you did this, all you would need to do is add a group or user approval activity in your workflow for the peer review group before the OOB manager approval.
