Service Now Integration with Appdynamics Through Event Management

But this page doesnt explain it in detail. Provides an overview rather, that too from app dynamics stand point.

As you're probably aware ServiceNow does not include an OOTB event connector for AppDynamics, however AppDynamics offer an integration that's available via the ServiceNow Store.  If you visit this page and scroll down to the Supporting Links & Docs section you'll see a link that takes you to the AppDynamics Support site - unfortunately not very useful.  If you search around though, you'll eventually find AppDynamics CMDB Sync and Event Management Integration for ServiceNow. 

At the bottom of the page you'll find downloadable files to use to configure AppDynamics to send events to ServiceNow. 

The procedure for setting up the integration starts on the same page at section 3. CMDB Sync and the Event Management-specific integration is covered in 4. Events Integration on the same page.
