Surveys and Assessments Widget

Hi All, 

I'm looking to update the top section where it displays "entity name" and "description" to include other additional details, but I'm unable to find the line of code where it allows me to change. 

Additionally, would like to update even for risk assessment.

Hi @SNDeveloper ,

First go to all navigator and then search for view survey.

all > survey > view survey

Then select the survey, and click on the survey designer button, from there you can update title and description.

Hi Shiva, I'm not looking to update the Tile of the assessment. If you see the first image (highlighted) on my question, they dynamically change depending on the control description and entity.
