How to create a new UI Action named Cancel Incidents which works as a List banner button to cancel multiple selected incidents?

Ah, sorry I mentioned the wrong checkbox.

It should be List Choice, not List Context Menu.

Hi @Peter Bodelier ,

I have tried it your way in my PDI i.e.

When I try to cancel multiple incident using the list view (using the checkboxes) it cancels only one incident ticket and updates the work notes correctly.

Hi @Peter Bodelier,

Thank you for providing the solution.

Could we replicate the same functionality in SOW (Service operations Workspace) for Incidents ?

Hi @Shwetha Shenoy,

That should be possible yes. Follow this article. It should point you in the right direction.

Hi @Shwetha Shenoy,
