I am trying to understand the Notification Filter and what it is. I cannot find any clear documentation that explains what it is, how it works, etc. Can someone help me understand it and the use case?

Hi @MichaelH5716707,
Interesting, haven't seen this feature before but here is how it works.
Basically, it allows users to add additional filters to email notifications without impacting other users.
For example, there could be an email notification that is sent out when an Incident is assigned to you but you may wish to receive the email only for the P1 Incidents.
If that's the case, you can apply a 'Critical Issue' filter on the 'Incident assigned to me' notification's preference.
You can do this via going Profile > Preference > Notifications > Advanced Preferences > Expand email notification to configure > Select 'Schedule' > Apply Filter and save
Cheers

Hi @MichaelH5716707,
Notification filters empower users to manage message delivery by crafting specific conditions across multiple tables within a singular, reusable filter.
