When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing error

Hi,

 

When i am creating a new change record from CSM/FSM configurable workspace it is showing 'page not found'.

I want to able to create change record.

How to resolve? can you please help on this. It will be useful.

Hi @mania,

 

I am assuming you are creating a new Change request by selecting the 'New' button within a Change list.

It works fine in my PDI, can you check the following:

  • URL of the 'page not found' page
  • Does this impact a group of users only or admins as well
