I received the following email regarding PDI. This is not the inactivity monitor.
Is there a way to retain the PDI?

Hi @akshayashetty .
I had been using my PDI for a long time, but I received an email similar to yours.
Despite what the email stated, my instance went offline immediately.
I waited for half a day, but it never recovered.
Therefore, I requested a new PDI. According to the banner header on the Developer Site, PDIs are currently unavailable, suggesting that even if you join the waiting list, it will take a long time before one is assigned.
regards,

There is definately something wrong with the reclaim process. I logged into and used my PDI all week, including Friday 7/10, and it was reclaimed on on Saturday 7/11. Now I'm on waitlist for another.

This post explains the new process: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/keeping-pdis-available-for-active-builders-upcom...
What's Changing
We're reclaiming PDIs that meet both of these conditions:
- 90 days or older (based on when they were provisioned)
- Haven't had a PDI login in the last 10 days
Background processes and developer site logins don’t count toward activity. An explicit login to your PDI is required.
