Digital Product release and Agile Development 2.0 connection

Is there a workflow sample that is available for the Agile development 2.0 tool connections. I cannot seem to find one. I have started to walk through the connector but there seems to be an issue and not sure what I am missing. It appears to have made the connection but when I do resume setup for next steps it States it is still connecting and in progress and Discovery is also in progress.

Is there a specific configuration that needs to be done in the Agile 2.0 area. I also assume there may be a permissions connection but don't see that ability.

Hi @jomacleod

I think in this case, you need to log a Now Support case as in my PDI it is fine in your case it is not working.

Thank you so much for the information. This is very helpful. However, I followed the steps in the following.

Integrate DPR with Agile 2.0 and auto import epics and stories

I get to the connect the tool step and it appears to be connected See "Johntest.png" but when I open the connection again and go to the resume tool setup, you will see that in the Connect a tool. png that it remains in the Orange state and doesn't turn Green. Is that just a bug and it is really connected, or is this another issue altogether.

I tried it in my PDI—even though I don't have a real connection, it's still showing green.

Hello Atul,

I am still seeing it as orange. When I go into manual resume tool Setup I have an error message. Tool Can't be connected due to a technical issue View error log. It may be a DevOps thing so we are checking. Any suggestions would help.

Note: the connection appears to be working as I am able to see Agile 2.0 Plans so I am not seeing any blockers at this point.
