Hello Everyone,
We have configured the AI search on the portal . While searching a KB ARTICLE with number it provide the exact match however it open the result in the form view not in the Article view.
I have checked the SEARCH result Configuration but didn't find the action for the exact match.
Could anyone help me in understanding where i can configure this.

Hi @Wizard ,
What is your instance version ? This is a defect fixed as part of Tokyo patch 9 and back ported to Utah Patch 3.

Hi, we are on Utah patch 5 but this was not fixed for us.

which skipped record should I specifically look for here, this defect happened due to a widget or ai search configuration I am not sure about it.
