Analytics for Content Publishing records

I am having trouble getting analytics for our Content Publishing records. I get the below message when attempting to view the analytics, whether it be for Rich Text (microsite) content, Banners, Events, etc.

I have seen videos that mention a Content Experiences Profile and Content Publishing Profile, but we do not have either of those listed. The documentation merely mentions to activate a profile, so we have the Content Delivery Profile activated and set as default.

Any ideas as to why data would not be collected for these records?

@JD Barlow This section of the documentation has detailed instructions about Content Analytics.

For more information, see this walkthrough video about analytics dashboards and other useful explanation.

@JD Barlow , please confirm family and ContentAnalytics app version.

This is for campaign but steps 6-8 apply to contents published through Content Publishing as well.

@Pooja We have the following versions installed:

  • Washington, DC (moving to Xanadu in early June)
  • Content Analytics - 30.2.7
  • EC Pro - 34.0.2
  • Content Publishing - 34.0.5

The EC Pro August 2024 store release notes state "Added engagement reporting for all content published through content library, not just campaign content." We do not run any campaigns, but with this update I didn't think that was required to collect analytics.

I do have a case open with ServiceNow Support and I'm hoping it is just something simple we are overlooking. Thank you!
