Announcement not displaying on Employee Service Center

Dear All,

I created an announcement and added Employee Center in portals related list but still it's not displaying as banner in ESC portal, and I've put the announcement widget into the ESC home page.

@Li QingWen Verify your entered portal details vs behaviour, even you can be confirmed by removing any added portal but pls check this first in lower environment.

did you check any OOB announcement?

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
