When trying to create Rich Content it is not loading correctly in my personal instance. The other content types appear to be working as expected - e.g., Styled Content, Rich Text, etc. Thoughts on troubleshooting this?

Hi, i had similar issue before.. i solved it to complete wipe out my browser cache.. after a couple of times.. it was working
