Employee Center- Favorite icon on header menu

I have this configuration, but the heart icon not appear on header menu. 

Missing some thing ?

Our tech team had the same problem. Get the latest patch, it brings the heart back

I load Rome Patch 10 Hot Fix 1, but still not work. I have not heart on menu header.
