Employee Center- Favorite icon on header menu

Hi,

 

I have this configuration, but the heart icon not appear on header menu. 

Missing some thing ?

Hi ,

After installing  Rome Patch 10 Hot Fix 1,  still not work. I have not heart on menu header.
