Hello @Akshaya14,
If AI search enabled data is stored in the table is [sys_search_event]. For to configure search option, please refer : Now Learning AI Configuration.
This is the link of now learning course "service portal fundamentals on demand (Tokyo)" -- go to module 5 "AI search" --"Configuring AI Search" & Lab module.
@Akshaya14 , Please mark my answer as "Accept as Solution" and "Helpfuls." If it works for you.
Thank you!

Hello @Akshaya14
Greetings!
You can start from usage overview module.
Instance Usage > Application Usage Overview and Instance Usage > ServiceNow Store Usage Overview
(It only shows last 3 months)
refer below docs: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-platform-administration/page/administer/subscription-m....
refer this thread about similar question but on service portal.
If my response helped please mark it correct and helpful.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.
