How to add Mega Menu in Employee Service Center

I have topics and Connected Content set up, but the ones I have added to Mega Manu are not showing up.

Please tell me how to add any Mega Menu?

I've found the quickest way to get the mega menu to update is to impersonate someone else and then end impersonation.  You can also log out and log back in.  Apparently the mega menu caches per session and only logging out/back in will change this.
