Hey SN Comm Team!
I, for some reason, am having a tough time figuring out where I can remove the Description field from the HRM Todos Summary widget.
I am using HR Case Header Configurations to display information below. However, I am unable to remove the Description field from the top portion.
In my PDI, I have HR Service in that area. But I cannot for the life of me remember if that is OOTB or if I did that without realizing:
Can someone please help me figure this out? The first screenshot is of my clients instance. The top "Description" field is the old style (so it seems) and the one I am using from HR Case Header Configuration is the rich_description (which is able to use line breaks).
I just need to see where I need to go to remove the top portion description field.
Anyone able to assist?

The widget I need to adjust is the Todos Approval Details Header, with the HTML and Server Script.
Once located, pretty simple now.

Each to-do in your Employee Center > To-dos Configuration will use a specific widget to display the actual to-do/task, as well as what appears in the Title and Detail section at the top of the to-do.
Try checking this section :

Hey @Community Alums -
Yeah, I just went through the scripts to the widget being used 'Todos HR Case Approval'. Back in July, before I was with the client, it was a requirement to remove all the the information (I asked our developers on the team with me and they pointed that out).
But now the ask is to bring it back but remove description from the top portion. So when I made the widget back to OOTB, that means Description comes back. I see now though where I need to adjust that so Description is removed.
Edit:
@Community Alums - I was incorrect with the Todos HR Case Approval widget modification. When I commented out from the HTML:
It removed my rich_description field that is coming from HR Case Header Configuration change I made.
So, back to square one... I checked on the To-Do Configuration Details as you stated, made them all false (I have the same as what you were showing in your screenshot), and nothing changed.
Any other ideas?

Hi Rob,
If you go to HR Service Configuration it has all the configurations there. Looks like your screenshot is showing the Beneficiaries Inquiry configuration, so if you open that one there should be an "Opened for / Approver view" field and a "Subject person / Task assignee view" field that contain the current HR Service Based Case Configuration (sn_hr_core_config_case) records being used for display. You may have to put the Beneficiaries Inquiry configuration record in edit mode, but you should be able to open and edit the HR Service Based Case Configuration record and modify the values there. It is broken up into Title row, Person row and Detail row. That description field looks to be in the Person row so I would try there.

Yes, I have made changes to the HR Service Based Configuration (getting there through HR Case Header Configuration):
Beneficiaries Inquiry service is not active - client is using Benefits Inquiry service
The Detail Row has Default for Opened for / approver is using rich_description field (the one I have showing on the bottom portion of the widget)
The Person Tab has:
Default for Subject person/task assigned to has the following:
From all of that, I am not seeing where Descripting is being shown in the top portion area of the widget.
Please let me know if you have anything else I can check on.
