HRM Todos Summary Widget

Hey SN Comm Team!

I, for some reason, am having a tough time figuring out where I can remove the Description field from the HRM Todos Summary widget.

I am using HR Case Header Configurations to display information below. However, I am unable to remove the Description field from the top portion.

In my PDI, I have HR Service in that area. But I cannot for the life of me remember if that is OOTB or if I did that without realizing:

Can someone please help me figure this out? The first screenshot is of my clients instance. The top "Description" field is the old style (so it seems) and the one I am using from HR Case Header Configuration is the rich_description (which is able to use line breaks).

I just need to see where I need to go to remove the top portion description field.

Anyone able to assist?

Hi Rob,

I have some requirement in TODO.

In the Todos Approval widget i want the HR case description should be show, such that it help the approver to get the more information about the case. please find the screen shot.

@Rob - I need to add description field. I trying playing with the page but it is not populating. Can you walk me through changes?

@Rob Sestito - I was able to add Description to Default for opened for/approver but the description is showing in the paragraph
