Knowledge Articles not populated on the ESC portal

Hi
I have a knowledge article when directly search on the ESC portal the Knowledge article or Knowledge Bases (Knowledge Base Criteria is also valid) are not showing up, But on the Knowledge I have added connected content and if I navigate to that path the article is visible but it not showing up on the direct search. I have check the AI Search with search source - ESC Portal Knowledge Bases and the filter looks fine to pull all the knowledge bases. Please help me with suggestion how we can fix this issue.

I have gone through all the threads and tried all the solutions but could not fix this, We are using AI Search and ESC Portal Knowledge Base as search source I checked the filter condition and it was not pulling articles from few knowledge bases so I updated the quey then checked the preview of the articles and it was fetching the required articles. But when did the search on the portal it did not show up I also ran the Index after change the query. Any suggestions please.
