Make all fields read only in ESC Portal for User profile!

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a query regarding the fields which are present in User profile in esc portal to make read only. With ACL I have achieved all fields read only but department is the one where OOB ACL working on it.

I have created a Write ACL with sys_user.* for admin role, issue I facing with ITIL user(User can edit department from portal).

 

Is there a way to make it read-only via client script/UI Policy/ any other way!

@SNOW44 Make sure to check out this Release blog from earlier in the year. There was a significant update launched for Employee Profile that gives a lot more control to admins to structure that page, and to define what can be changed etc.
