Hello -
I have not personally seen that there is a limit to the amount you can have within the mega menu. I had seen mega menus stretch across the entire homepage from left to right. When you open your mega menu, do you happen to see a scroll there? I have also see where someone has had so many topics, the mega menu presented a scroll within it.
It might be random, but have you done a cache.do since creating all the topics? I have seen MANY times where I add and/ or change a topic, and the change does not affect right away. I have to clear the system cache, log completely out/refresh the URL to the portal, and the change appears. If you have not tried that, I would suggest giving it a shot.
Other than that, could you maybe share a screenshot of the topic and its connected content that is not showing up for you? That way you get additional eyes that might see something missing.
Make sure that none of the topics have the same connected content associated
Make sure the connected content attached to the Topic you are not seeing are Active. If accidentally you added content, but that content is not active, then it will not show up.
Hope this helps,
-Rob

Hi @BOC_CSA_ITSMGuy ,
As @Rob Sestito mentioned, do a cache flush or try from different browser to see the changes.

@BOC_CSA_ITSMGuy - All good, and I appreciate the honesty and reply. Wasn't trying to come across as mean or rude. I was generally curious.
Thank you!

Hello! We are on Washington DC and are on Employee Center Pro Version 32.1.2. We are currently hitting a max of 20 content items being displayed on the mega menu. We have 23 defined. Our primary developer and myself have tried multiple browsers (Edge and Chrome) and have cleared cache but we do not see a scroll bar. Here are some screen shots to help. Any guidance would be appreciated.
View of the Mega Menu, there should be 23 items under Nursing Professional Development:
Learning Services Topic:
Nursing Professional Development Topic:
Thanks,
Jeremy

I found the setting in the Client controller of the read-only Widget named Employee Center Navigation.
The variable is called MAX_TOPIC_COUNT_UNDER_SUBTOPIC_GROUP and the max is set to 20.
Unfortunately, ServiceNow hard coded the value instead of making it configurable 🙄🔨
