My Active Items Widget - Which tasks are visible to user?

Hi all,

i have a question related to My Active Items - My Tasks.

Which tasks do you have in your employee center?

Do you think the users should see their incidents/ stories on the portal?

How is it for the users who are also working in the backend?

in employee center My Tasks shows pending tasks etc for agents

It's also used by approvers to approve/reject the request
