servicenow service portals clone

I want to clone the entire portals. Does anyone have a good method?

Hi @kack l ,

  1. Navigate to Service Portal Configuration
  2. Click "New Portal" to create a new Service Portal
  3. Populate the "Title" and "URL suffix" fields for the new Service Portal
  4. Save
  5. Navigate to the default Service Portal
  6. Click "index" in the Homepage field to open the record
  7. Click "Clone Page"
  8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 to clone pages for KB home page, Login page and 404 page
  9. Navigate to the cloned Service Portal
  10. Add the cloned pages to the Homepage, KB home page, Login page, 404 page fields
  11. Click Update to save the change

You cannot clone portal just like that, however follow instructions provided in below HI article.
