I’m working with HRM ToDos summary widget in the Business Portal, and I’ve run into an issue with external users. Users who have the snc_external role cannot see the summary for approval tasks in the To-Do widget and they can approve or reject the task.
The summary comes from the Change Request record, for example: Short description, Description, Attachments, activity. Internal users see the Change Request summary normally. External users (snc_external) only see the empty approval, with no summary. If I temporarily give the user admin, the summary appears — so the widget itself works.
Here is how its look as a snc_external user:
Here is with admin role or without snc_external

it's access issue since you gave user_admin and it worked for them

Hi @kenny-taylo ,
The widget used to display the summary should have specific roles associated with it (for example: snc_internal). Please check the widget roles and add snc_external to them.
If this solution helps you then, mark it as accepted solution ✔️ and give thumbs up👍!
