Hello SN Comm Friends,
Can someone tell me what the steps would be to change "Others" under the All Topics section when clicking on Show Me Everything from Virtual Agent? I am unable to locate any good documentation on if this is possible.

Hi there,
You can defintely change it! It's more that when using for example I18N debugging, you don't immediately get a hint where it should be:
Though just playing around a bit I managed to get:
So it was changed! Where? sys_ui_message:

@Rob Sestito : As the topics are organized by categories, could you check the categories in Topic Categories [sys_cb_topic_category] and try to rename them?

Hey @Sainath N -
That is the first place I went - and from the list, there is no "Others" topic category there. I just want the word "Others" text to be changed.
I also went to the sys_ui_messages and found one "Others" Key and Message. I thought maybe it was coming from there, however when I changed it to test nothing changed.
So, I just want to change the text for "Others" to something else. But I am not sure where it is controlled.

Do make sure to logout/login, new browser session, etc.. It should be able to work with sys_ui_message, see my other reply.
