Virtual Agent - Topics - Others

Hello SN Comm Friends,

Can someone tell me what the steps would be to change "Others" under the All Topics section when clicking on Show Me Everything from Virtual Agent? I am unable to locate any good documentation on if this is possible.

Hi there,

 

You can defintely change it! It's more that when using for example I18N debugging, you don't immediately get a hint where it should be:

Though just playing around a bit I managed to get:

So it was changed! Where? sys_ui_message:

Hey @Mark Roethof -

I am not sure why it will not update on my end. I did feel that it would come from the sys_ui_messages table.

I changed the "others" record and entered in my own message to be "other common topics". I tried clearing the system cache, I logged out, and even tried under incognito mode. No matter what, Others from the VA chat box remains unchanged.

Not sure why yours changes easily, but on my end it will not. Very odd!

Any thoughts on that?

Okay - the clients system took a while to show the update. It now displays the Message text that I changed it to.
