One of my pain points has been finding information.  I have to go searching in this community site, in the developer site, in Product Docs etc.  I usually find what I need, but it is a pain. I'm sure you have experienced the same pain point if you have been working with ServiceNow for any length of time.

Well, I am here to tell you that our Customer Success Team has made things easier!!!!

At the top is the typical search feature - our iconic magnifying glass indicating the search option.  When you search this way you are searching across multiple sites.

And when the search comes back, there are filter options on the right. From theses I can restrict my search by source (Community, Developer, Now Learning, etc), by product, by application by release and even by Content Type.

If you haven't seen this site - you should take a look.  They have organized the material on this site to help customers be successful. There is a monthly newsletter full of good tidbits.
