What is the best way to enter (copy & paste) content from a Word doc into the policy text section of the policy form to maintain formatting? is there a third party app or any recommended method? thanks!

As Jing mentioned, simple copy and paste should work fine, and the text editor should also offer the following options once you've pasted formatted text:

Cut and past content from word doc had been working well for my customers. It might be depending on the browser used. If it does not work, try a different browser, or upgrade to a newer release.

Hello!
You might find the Import Word Document button useful.
If you can get to the Knowledge Home you have access to the import button.
Check out!
Note:This will generate 1 or Many Knowledge Articles formatted exactly how the word documents were uploaded.
Most Important Step: TAKE what is imported & copy paste into your policy records.
1 ) search for Knowledge
2) Click Import Articles
3) Import 1 or Many Articles into any KB/Category
