I have a customer case where I would like to integrate Knowledge with the GRC module. The link seems to be the Policy element. My objective is to create policy documents in word and use the Managed document module in ServiceNow, where I store the policies or guidelines. This module will again create a knowledge article that I assume may be used or referred to in the GRC module.
Are there anyone that has investigated the feature?

Hi Petter - you can use the out of the box Policy Management to create and maintain your policies. When you publish a Policy (Procedure, Plan, Policy, etc) they will automatically published into the GRC Knowledge Base. This is a out of the box behaviour
