GRC/VRM: Can Vendor Risk Questionnaires or Document Requests be edited/modified once created,?

Or must these be deleted & recreated if there are any changes?

These are created via the New (Designer) button in either area, but once saved, it appears these cannot be modified - there's no path to an Open Designer anywhere to modify.  

Does anyone know a path to modify these once created?

Hi @tracyjeannine ,

Unfortunately NO, you cannot edit/modify it once created as both Questionnaires or Document Requests templates are using survey designer using "New (Designer) button ", so once you save the record, it gets automatically published.

So by default, once it's "Published" you cannot modify anymore.
