I am not able to add instruction text in catalog varaibles, while saving the form it disappear.

Hi @vallabha180 ,

For your Use case you can either use "Annotation" tab and help text option to add your instruction:

The Help Text feature allows you to configure help text for the variable and is displayed as additional text under a default help tag named "More Information."
