We are managing over 3000 cellular lines with each one tied to a hardware device over three cellular carriers..  Looking to see how others manage the lines of service and hardware without purchasing HAM/SAM pro, from out of box Service Now aspect.

Thank you for the information. In regard to the number associated to each mobile device. The device is tracked in Hardware, then SIM and Number are in the CI aspect. (which is not visible in Hardware)  Is the line of service and its status tracked in Contracts then tied back to the hardware device/ user?
