I am trying to create a workflow in flow designer that would require multiple approvals. Currently I am able t set up multiple approvers but when the request is submitted an email goes out to all approvers at once.
What I would like to happen is when a request gets submitted an approval notification is sent to the first approver to either approve or deny. If that approver approves then a second notification would be sent out to the next approver and so on. An example of this would be a item being requested for a certain dollar amount. The dollar amount would trigger the amount of approvals needed. The first approval would go to the manager of the submitter. If the manager approves it would move up to the next level and so on. I do not want an approval notification going to the next level if the manager denies the request. Anyway I have tried it it keeps automatically sending approval notifications to all approvers and if one person approves the request moves on.
Has anyone come across this and found a solution?

Hi @DWoodmen
Just Now In general, if the approver rejects the approval, the flow will not go through the next steps, and the notification for the next approver will not be triggered.
The same scenario I have developed in my PDI once I reject the approval No Notification is going to next approver.
This is the flow designer I have tried for the above scenario you have mentioned.
Thanks and Regards
