Hi All,
I am working on OOTb Transfer Order, when Transfer Order Line moves to "In transit" stage, assets should be auto marked as "State = In transit".
Same is happening in the PDI instance but on a customer instance where HAM Pro is enabled, assets are shown as In stock even when TOL is In transit.
I haven't modified anything in the OOTB BR - "Push Status to Asset/Consumable"
Any inputs on this please
I have noticed this gap is there on instances where HAM Pro is enabled

Have you tried the sourcing through tranfer option on the requests triggered from any OOB asset request catalog item which uses the HAM pro flows? Also try using stock rules with restocking option as stockroom. It should also trigger a transfer order.

My challenge is not with the trigger, it's triggering and working fine.
Only challenge is with "In transit" stage => asset state is not getting marked as In transit.

Yes. I got that. But my point is to check whether the Asset state has the same behaviour for transfer orders triggered in the scenarios which I mentioned also. It will help to understand whether the issue is coming for transfer orders created/triggered as part of multiple methods or only for certain methods.
Also you mentioned about comparison with PDI where we cannot install HAM pro. I'll recommend to compare with a lab instance or simulator instance with HAM pro which you can get from Nowlearning. That will give a better understanding about whether you have any variations compared to an OOB HAM pro instance.
If you find any variations, navigate to transfer orders. Right click on the column headers and select 'Configure>all'. Then compare everything that is configured on your instance and the OOB HAM pro instance. If you are still not able to find any reason, raise a hiticket to check with ServiceNow.
