Bulk Upload Documents into ServiceNow HRSD

Hi,

I am working on bulk uploading documents into ServiceNow HRSD module. While going through the PDF document which is explaining the steps to be followed to bulk upload documents, there is a mention of OOB configuration as an example. This is the name of the OOB example "Example Local File System with MID Server". However when I search for this OOB example, I dont see it in our ServiceNow instance.

I need to go through this example to help me understand the exact steps I need to follow to complete the bulk documents upload.

Why dont I see this OOB configuration example in our instance of SNOW? Is there anything I can to access this example configuration?

Do you have Employee Document Management (this is a separate license SKU from HRSD) activated on your instance?  If so, you should have "Example Local File System with MID Server" under HR Administration > Bulk Import > Import Configuration.

Thanks! Though I had installed Employee Document Management, I had not downloaded the demo data. I am now able to see the example after I downloaded the demo data.
