Default HR Case Short Description and Source fields

How to this in HR case Creation

When an HR case is created, the Short Description should default to 'HR Service' + 'Subject person'

Additionally, when an HR Case is created from the Create New Case module, set the Source to Phone.

Hi,

If you don't want to use a BR as Sbritt and Ankur already mention you can use the same line Ankur provided in the record producer script field and set source to Self service or option you like.

This will apply on cases created from portal. You could also set the source to "Phone" as default, then that would always apply if not stated otherwise.

But if the scenario is to always behave the same I would go for a solution mention above.
