ER admis / agents must be able to see only COE -Employee Relation case creation and other HR Agents /Admins should be able to see other COEs . Is that Do I need to create a new case configuration adding all other COEs over there?

can you pls advise

hi @haripriyarg27 You can view this Community post for additional information. What you have in your image is the Case Create Service configuration. This is how you can pull in additional fields into the dialog based on the HR Service. If I understand your requirement correctly, you are trying to filter out certain COEs to show only the ER COE for those ER agents and all for the other agents and HR Admin. This is not an out of the box configuration. You can use the Case Creation Configuration to filter out COEs as I detailed in the post I linked to, but you cannot have this conditional out of the box. This would require a customization to accomplish this.

Could you pls brief the steps regarding the customisation , I will try to follow steps and to try to obtain the required ( also , ACLs are being restricted) if you help us it would be great !
