'Request Onboarding' Lifecycle event not installed with plugins

I have installed HRSD plugins (Core, Lifecycle events, etc.) so that I can begin configuration for an Onboarding/Offboarding deployment. After installation, the out of box 'Request Onboarding' lifecycle event/record producer is not there. I have completed configuration on this Lifecycle event on previous deployments in both London and New York without issue but I am currently in Rome. 

I have installed/uninstalled/repaired the plugins on multiple instances with no luck. Does anyone have suggestions for how I can activate the out of box Request Onboarding lifecycle event in Rome?

@michaelj.sheridan Wondering if this is anything you have seen before?

Hi @Wes For HRSD Enterprise you would need to enable the Lifecycle Event Enterprise which will enable the Lifecycle event plugin. It seems that the Demo Data was not installed. You can try to repair then select the Demo Data checkbox. Just a note, we also have Employee Experience packs for Onboarding as well as offboarding so if you wanted a configuration to work from this can work for you as well. Keep us posted so we can get you over the finish line.
