Unable to create knowledge article (using article template) in HR Agent Workspace

Hello,

 

I am facing some issues while creating knowledge article through HR Agent Workspace.

When I select an article template ('How to'), its showing below info message :

'This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator.'

Can someone please let me know from where I need to configure the changes ?

Essentially, you need to create a new view called 'workspace' for the record via the core UI. You can also do this via form designer or form layout.
