Dear all,

I would like to change my Developer ServiceNow instance from Tokyo to San Diego Release. However, I can't find these instructions or this setting anywhere. Could someone please assist me with this? Thanks in advance and best regards,
Sarah

Hello @SarahFaessler

If its a personal developer instance then you have to request for another instance which is in San Diego version, current instance cannot be downgraded.

Hello,

You cannot downgrade from one family version to another. See below articles from Servicenow

Dear both, thank you very much for your answers.

I set up the developer instance from scratch and I could only select the Tokyo release. However, I want to have the San Diego release on my recently created developer instance. So I don't have any data etc. in the developer instance yet. How and where can I change this setting? Thanks in advance.image.png
