Hi,

Once you click on request instance on top right, you get an option to restore instance if you had one already and it got taken away due to inactivity.

Hi,

If your instance is deleted and you are unable to see in the restore instance list. Probably you could submit a feedback to the Servicenow team. See if they can help.
