My PDI(dev67981) is hibernating and not waking up. Could you please help me fix it.

My instance is not waking up from hibernating.  Has been showing 'restarting instance' for over 2 hours.

My personal developer instance is stuck on Restarting Instance.  I noticed this the other day and thought it may just take time to fix itself.  My pdi is dev115878.service-now.com.

I have reviewed the troubleshooting pages and the logon help screen instructions.

Any help is appreciated.
