My instance has been in unscheduled maintenance for over a week, I've already clicked the "Get Notified" button relentlessly without any response from the servicenow team, I'll end up losing all the development I have on this instance, I would like at least an explanation or that they put the instance online again.
Request received. We will notify you when your PDI is available.
That sentence has been pinned at the top of the site for a week, but nobody notifies anything or gives an answer.

Hi there, my instance is stuck in hibernation. When I tried to restore it restored without the data. The original instance still shows in hibernation.

My instance (dev11943) has been stuck in "Refreshing" for the last couple of days. I need to reset the admin password but don't have the option as it's stuck in this status.
Can anyone help?

I am unable to use my PDI(https://dev119500.service-now.com/). I am able to login but can not see filter navigator option or global search option.
Please help me on this...
