I am also having difficulties with my instance being offline. I'm not sure if I need to release my instance and start a new one. Can you please help me with that.

Hi I have a strange problem with my instance, https://dev135801.service-now.com/ is online but if I try to open it I end up in a blank page with nothing.

Does anyone know what to do in these cases?
