Update your links, why are we being linked to a thread from 2021 and before?
Instances are failing to wake up weekly now which is causing our application massive outages across the board.
On top of that, Instances don't stay awake for more than 24 hours anymore which is another annoying issue to face as im up waking up 15+ instances every morning eating up hours of work time.
What is servicenow doing ??
